About Me
I’m Hadeeqa Bibi, a clinical pharmacist, neurodiversity practitioner and an ADHD coach with experience working across both NHS and private healthcare services.
I support people with ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles to better understand how their minds work, build on their strengths and develop practical strategies to manage everyday challenges. My work combines clinical knowledge, education and coaching to help individuals create meaningful and lasting change.
Alongside my professional training, my work is also shaped by close family lived experience of autism and ADHD, as well as extensive hands-on experience supporting neurodivergent clients. This gives me a realistic and compassionate understanding of the challenges people face and what genuinely helps in real life.
My approach is supportive, strengths-based and grounded in evidence, helping individuals build self-awareness, confidence and sustainable strategies that work for them.

Professional Background
I have a strong clinical background in pharmacy, with specialist training in ADHD assessment, diagnosis and treatment, alongside wider neurodiversity support. My work combines clinical expertise with evidence-based approaches to provide safe, structured and person-centred care.
